I’m Jessica Weaver, also known as Not Your Father’s Advisor - because let’s be honest, the “typical” financial advisor is still a man in his 60s, and over a decade ago I made the decision to find my own voice in the finance industry.

I’m a TV show host, five-time bestselling author, international speaker, and the founder of The  Wealth Boutique, with seven advisors located in six different states.

As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I spent years feeling like an outsider—especially working within my father’s firm. I carried the guilt of not fitting the traditional mold, the fear of taking risks, and at the same time, the deeper discomfort of not taking them. I turned down many conventional opportunities—yes, even money—in order to discover who I truly am, how I show up at my best, and how I create significance on my own terms.

Today, I live and lead differently.

I show up from a place of power and grace, and my work is deeply transformational for the women in our community. I work with women and couples nearing retirement to help them prepare for this complex stage of their lives. I also engage with their adult children, who are often trying to navigate their own lives as they become busier. We help our clients' families prepare for the transition of wealth from a tax perspective, legacy, and charitable giving lens.
